About
I work best where the problem is still taking shape.
I’m a full-stack product engineer. Four years in software engineering, since 2022, on top of earlier IT and field-operations work: turning underspecified ideas into production software across web, mobile, backend and AI-enabled product surfaces.
I started in frontend and product craft, then followed each problem outward: into backend systems, real-time infrastructure, mobile releases, AI integration and production operations. I work close to founders, users and the evidence—not at a distance from them.

How I work
Clarity before code. Ownership after it ships.
Find the question
Before writing code, I clarify the decision the product needs to make, the smallest useful scope and the evidence that would change our direction.
Follow the problem
I do not stop at an arbitrary technical boundary. When the work requires it, I follow the problem across frontend, backend, mobile, AI integration, release and production.
Verify reality
A change is not done because it passed locally or because an AI-generated diff looks plausible. I measure what it does while running and stay accountable for the result.
Career
The scope widened as the problems did.
Some chapters ran in parallel; part-time and volunteer work are labelled explicitly. The résumé contains the complete chronology and evidence.

Selected systems
The systems that best show how I work.

Cendra, 2025–26 — As one of two founding engineers, I held primary ownership of the web application's 27 product areas and both native mobile apps, alongside the product layer around Cendra's AI. As the contributor base widened, I became the integration point carrying multi-author frontend work into production.
- Primary owner — web application, 27 product areas
- Both mobile applications shipped
- Company milestone — $1M Revo Capital-led seed announced in February 2026
The team's AI engineer owned the LangGraph services, agent workflows and retrieval systems.

LILA, 2026–present — As founder and sole author, I'm building a proactive AI assistant focused on a harder problem than generation: deciding when the system should stay quiet. Its TypeScript/Node product core, stateless Python/FastAPI inference service and twelve-check delivery gate bring together provider routing, memory, fallbacks and evaluation. The public site is live in closed beta at hellolila.app; the store release is deliberately held.
Private repository — architecture, evidence and a code walkthrough are available on request; hellolila.app is public.

ReadyFly, 2025–26 — As founding frontend engineer on a part-time, equity basis, I made the first commit and became principal author of the web application behind Maya, the AI career agent — candidates don't apply; Maya brings interview invites. I built Maya's candidate experience and the live dual-agent landing readyfly.io serves today.
The team's AI engineer owned Maya's matching intelligence and agent engine. I contributed to the FastAPI API, including the separation of CV ingestion, authentication and profile services.
(opens in a new tab)Limak Technology, 2022–24 — The software pull won: from Milapasa's IT floor I moved to Limak to build full time, and it is where I became a team player in software. A fullstack team carrying five or six projects at once — ATS for vehicles, GTS for tasks, a real-estate platform — run on kanban and scrum with sprint performance scoring. Ufuk Can Soner, the software lead who opened that door and gave me my place in the team, is where the discipline on this site began; I am grateful to him and to an excellent team.
(opens in a new tab)Milapasa, 2021–22 — The company where I started, and the warmest workplace I have known. I entered through internal tooling and an e-learning portal, then grew into the field: representing Actio at its live events as moderator, IT and help-desk within the WEglobal partnership's infrastructure, and keeping programme data consistent and presented through PowerBI across EU-funded programmes. My formal title evolved from IT Analyst to Software Developer.
